This weekend we’ve got a complimentary Card on big FOX. We’re finally getting the rematch with Dustin Poirier vs Eddie Alvarez following their first fight ended in a No Contest. These are just two of the most exciting fighters in the UFC and we should see an awesome fight here . DraftKings has some decent competitions out with this card and I was surprised to see a 20k top prize in their principal tournament. That’s precisely what I shall be pursuing and I’ll be making a bunch of LUs to throw into that. Listed below are a Couple of plays I enjoy for Saturday and my fade of this week:
Money Game play of this week — Stack (Dustin Poirier $8,800 AND Eddie Alvarez $7,400)
This is an effortless way to begin my cash LU this week and I anticipate this to be very popular in most money game formats. These two have been on pace to get a top scoring fight in their first battle and I believe we’ve got an easy 100+ between the two of them . I think that the winner of the fight will score more than 100 points themselves and then we add in all the sig strikes and other points from the loser as well. But we guarantee ourselves that the triumph. The only way this battle doesn’t score over 100 DK points is somebody gets kneed in the mind prohibited and the fight is stopped brief….
GPP play of the week — Hakeem Dawodu ($9,400)
I believe this matchup was put up for Dawodu a triumph. I also believe Islam Makhachev, who’s $200 more, will probably be very highly possessed and this may be a good pivot him off to differentiate your LU a bit. I do think Dawodu will obtain some decent possession as well but I think he’s a solid GPP play this week. I believe the most likely outcome in this fight is Dawodu becoming a (T)KO win. He should pay his off $9.4k salary if that is the situation, especially if it is early. He’s a really good striker and we did not get to find out that in his UFC debut at which he had been angry very early in the struggle. This is the perfect fit for him to flaunt his striking and there was a lot of hype behind him going to his debut. I think we could observe a 1st round KO here and that makes Hakeem Dawodu my GPP play of the week.
Underdog play of the week — Ion Cutelaba ($7,600)
The main reason Cutelaba is that my underdog drama of the week is because there is no way he is not scoring at least 10x if he is able to get the win. He’s got big power and could find a 1st round KO here and score over 100 DK points. If he does this with his cheap salary of $7.6k he’ll surely be at the winning lineup. This is a solid fight to target both sides but points per wages wise, Cutelaba has among those ceilings on the card. I don’t see this fight going to decision and the winner must score highly. I think if you are making multiple lineups this weekend then you should definitely have exposure to Cutelaba.
Fade of this week — Katlyn Chookagian ($8,700)
I am fading a couple of fighters this week personally, but the individual I never even considered using was Katlyn Chookagian. It’s not that I do not believe she could win, since she for sure can. However, I don’t see her paying off an $8.7k DK salary with a win. I think we would require a finish from her in this fight to receive 10x that wages and I think that’s quite unlikely to happen. The most Chookagian has scored in a UFC fight so far in her profession is 83 DK points. That would not be sufficient here to place her in the winning lineup in her 8.7k price tag. I think if you’re making 20 or less lineups this Saturday you may safely fade Chookagian and if she’s a win it should not hurt much.
